Homelessness can strike anyone, and our Rapid Rehousing Program is designed to respond quickly when it does. The first step is to contact the Department of Social Services (DSS) and then the Long Island Coalition for the Homeless (LICH). In times of crisis, our Rapid Re-Housing Program helps find temporary housing solutions for those in need. This and long-term support ensure individuals and families quickly regain stability. Coupled with supportive services, we help individuals and families not just find a place to live, but also address the underlying issues that led to their homelessness. We aim to ensure a rapid return to stable housing, preventing long-term homelessness and its associated challenges.
